Measurements!

I had my sister do my measurements yesterday so I could see where I was starting out at. So here they are:
Chest: 41 inches
Biceps: 12 inches on both arms
Waist: 37 inches
Hips: 50 inches
Thigh: Right-30 inches Left- 28 inches

I also had one of the trainers at my work (Allie) do my body assessment.
Weight: 217 lbs
Muscle Mass: 117
Fat: 99

If this is not motivation enough then I dont know what is!!

Here are my before pictures and I'm going to get my body assessment today for my weight, age of body and body fat. Worked out yesterday and did some weights with my sister. I also had a workout while playing kickball!!

Starting this blog!

I decided to make this blog when my friend said she was going to make one on facebook to encourage her to start dieting. I thought this would be a great way to help my self start loosing weight because this could be a way for me to keep up with the eating right and exercising. Tomorrow I will weigh myself and blog it on here so that I can keep up with it. My title is basically where I am headed "On the Road to 160". I am not sure of my current weight but I am sure I am about 155 lbs away from my goal!! It will be a tuff road but this will ultimately help my body and my health. So starting tomorrow I will weight myself and post a picture of my self in a sports bra and spandex to show my results every week. Yay for me, I am excited!!
